Work Out with Stefano Rosso at Century Sports Club.
3 sets of Each of the below exercises
30 secound hollow body holds
Supersetted with 20 push ups and 10 reps of hollow body raises.
3 sets of Half Exercise Ball crunches with medicine ball and twist
Super Setted with Double Dip Lunges and Standing Long Jumps
Leg Lifts with exercise ball (laying on back)
V - Ups
V Ups with exercise ball
Support Leg Lifts w/ Stright Legs
Torso Twist Machine
Front Lever (can be done with one leg bent to make it easier or when you are tired)
Around the world L-sit (lift legs to L sit, move legs around in L position like clockwise then reverse.
Hanging Leg Lifts
Lat Pull Downs
Hand stands against wall
Hand stands free standing
Total Exercies - 17
