Protein consumption for day. It's hard to gain mass with out needed protein. This is not my full diet just my protien intake.

60 gram protein from skinless grilled breasts
Myogenix brand Hypershock (pre work out NO boost w ph modified creatine. Mygenix brand recovery shake (after shock) - 34 grams protien
44grams of protein powder shake (synth six)
Late night ceasin protien shake - 24.

Total protein intake -158
Body weight- 156
