Workout today

Today's work out with Stu and Luke (21 year old blond boy who's working his first gogo gig tonight at mj's with me!)
50 lat cross cable pulls
100 pull ups w 5 different grips (wide grip to close grip)
50 lat rows w four different grips
90 bicep curls w three different variations
Abs
Total workout time:2 hours
